Thrilled to share that I’ve been promoted to Senior Product Engineer at SentiSum! My primary contribution was spearheading and building, from 0→1, a new taxonomy engine that produces multi-level, granular root-cause hierarchies alongside a metadata enrichment pipeline — cutting client onboarding from weeks of manual work down to 24 hours, without requiring extensive hand-curated training data, and working across domains and data sources. Excited to keep building ML-powered systems for customer experience analytics and take on more ownership as we push the product forward.
